These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Half to Full Clips for Slack ("the app"). By installing or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you install the app for a Slack workspace, you represent that you have permission to do so for that workspace.

Service description

The app sends notifications to a Slack channel when a new Clip is published on Half to Full. A Clip is a public post containing a short personal comment, an external source link, and optional quote or tags.

Slack permissions

The app requests Slack's incoming-webhook permission so it can post Clip notifications to the channel selected during installation. The app does not request permission to read Slack messages, files, user profiles, or conversation history.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the app to:

• Violate laws, regulations, Slack policies, or third-party rights.
• Attempt to access, extract, or misuse app secrets or webhook URLs.
• Interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the app.
• Use the app in a way that misrepresents its relationship with Slack or Half to Full.

Content and external links

Clip notifications may include links to public posts on Half to Full and to third-party articles. Third-party websites are controlled by their own operators and may have their own terms and privacy practices.

Fees

The app is currently provided free of charge. If this changes, the app's listing and related pages will be updated before paid use is required.

Availability and changes

The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may update, suspend, or discontinue the app, or change these Terms, when needed for maintenance, security, legal, or product reasons.

Uninstalling and deletion

You may uninstall the app from Slack at any time. To request deletion of stored installation data, contact [email protected] with your Slack workspace name or workspace ID.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the app is provided without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
